चकबंदी लेखपाल भर्ती: 2831 पदों के लिए 26 लाख आवेदन

सूबे में बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए कितनी बड़ी चुनौती है, चकबंदी लेखपाल की भर्ती के लिए हो रहे आवेदन से इसका अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है।

इंटरमीडिएट योग्यता वाली इस भर्ती के लिए अब तक करीब 26 लाख युवाओं ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। रजिस्ट्रेशन की आखिरी तिथि 18 मई है।

इस दिन तक यह आंकड़ा 30 लाख पार कर जाने की संभावना है। ज्यादा आवेदन से अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग जरूर मालामाल हो सकता है, पर उसकी भर्ती की चुनौती इससे ज्यादा बढ़ने वाली है।

प्रदेश में चकबंदी लेखपाल के 2831 पदों के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। इसके लिए 18 मई तक रजिस्ट्रेशन किए जा सकते हैं। 20 तक आवेदन शुल्क जमा कर 22 मई तक आवेदन को ऑनलाइन सब्मिट करने का मौका है।

वेतन के साथ अ‌तिरिक्त कमाई भी आकर्षण

अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के अध्यक्ष राज किशोर यादव बताते हैं कि 26 लाख से ज्यादा लोग अब तक रजिस्ट्रेशन करा चुके हैं। आखिरी तस्वीर फीस जमा होने के बाद आवेदन सब्मिट करने की तारीख बीतने के बाद ही साफ होगी। हालांकि आयोग के दूसरे अफसरों का कहना है कि जिस रफ्तार से आवेदन हो रहे हैं, आंकड़ा हर पद पर एक लाख को पार कर सकता है।

कॅरिअर काउंसलर डॉ. पीके खत्री कहते हैं कि तीन हजार से भी कम पदों के लिए लाखों की तादाद में आवेदन से साफ है कि बेरोजगारी की समस्या कितनी बड़ी है।

दूसरा, सरकारी नौकरी का आकर्षण अभी भी बना है। साथ ही वेतन के साथ अतिरिक्त कमाई किन पदों पर हो सकती है, तमाम लोग इसे देखकर भी आगे आते हैं। लेकिन यह भी महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य है कि लाख प्रयास के बावजूद युवाओं को इंटरप्रिन्योरशिप की ओर प्रेरित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं।

कमाई 30 करोड़ तक पहुंच सकती है
आयोग ने चकबंदी लेखपाल के आवेदन के लिए जनरल व अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए 160 रुपये आवेदन शुक्ल रखा है। एससी-एसटी के लिए यह 70 रुपये तय है। जानकार बताते हैं कि औसत में यदि 100 रुपये आवेदन के मानें तो आयोग की कमाई चकबंदी लेखपाल आवेदन से 25 से 30 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंच सकती है।

पहली बार आए हैं इतने ज्यादा आवेदन

चकबंदी लेखपाल के लिए सामान्य योग्यता इंटरमीडिएट है। पद 2831 ही हैं। आवेदन लाखों में आ रहे हैं। सबसे पहले इतने आवेदकों की लिखित परीक्षा बड़ी चुनौती होगी। आयोग नया है और पहली बार इतनी तादाद में आवेदन आए हैं।

एक साथ इतने आवेदकों की परीक्षा किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं होगी। इसके बाद अब तक यह साफ नहीं है कि एक पद के सापेक्ष कितने लोगों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। साक्षात्कार से छांटे गए आवेदक दूसरी बड़ी चुनौती होंगे। राज्य लोकसेवा आयोग की परीक्षाएं जिस तरह से विवाद में घिरी हैं, आयोग की परीक्षा पर भी लोगों की नजरें गड़ी हैं।

सेक्रेटरी भर्ती में 35 लाख से ज्यादा आवेदन आए, नहीं हुई भर्ती
प्रदेश सरकार ने दो साल पहले ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी (सेक्रेटरी) के 2926 पदों के लिए विज्ञापन निकाले थे। काफी दिन तक आवेदन पत्रों की छंटाई तक 30 से 35 लाख आवेदन आने की बात कही गई और अंतिम अनुमान 40 से 50 लाख आवेदन का लगाया गया। हालांकि तमाम लिखा-पढ़ी के बावजूद यह भर्ती नहीं हो सकी।
