HELLO,

As per 'WD HDD 1TB PORTABLE' product review, i was purchased wd hdd but as per my experience with wd its burst speed on new hdd.its only 23 mbps on 3.0 port.although my laptop is brand new and system info are:win 7 home,hdd 500gb,ram 4gb,processor i5 3rd gen.
i don't recommend any one it too bye in future.

Because after contact with WD & WD SUPPORT then they are saying me as solution of data transfer speed are:[Read my answers also with your solution].

WD-file corruption in the hard drive.
BHUPESH K MANDAL:ITS NOT FILE.ITS COLLECTION OF MY SOFTWARE PROJECTS,SOFTWARES,DOCUMENTS,PICTURES,MP3,VIDEOS WHICH ARE WORKING RIGHT NOW GOOD IN LAPTOP AND WD HDD ALSO.

WD-it should be problem with the USB cable.We suggest you to connect the drive with different USB cable on the computer.
BHUPESH K MANDAL:WHICH USB CABLE I AM USING TO DATA TRANSFER ITS NOT FROM MY HOME ITS WD USB CABLE, IF IT HAVE PROBLEM THEN WD NEED TO CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
REMARK-I ALSO ALREADY CHECK IT ON OTHER COMPUTER.ISSUE IS SAME.

OH GOD AFTER PURCHASED WD HDD I AM FEELING FOOL TODAY ALTHOUGH MY ANOTHER WARRANTY ISSUE IS IN ON WAY FROM 8 AUG ITS 10 DAY WHICH IS NOT MY FAULT ITS DW FAULT.

WD MAKE ME SO SAD I AM NOT FEELING GOOD WITH WD AND ITS SLOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE MY ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.YOU ARE JUST WASTING MY TIME FROM 10 DAYS WITHOUT SOLUTION.

IF WD HAVE RELY WILL POWER TO SOLVE MY WARRANTY ISSUE AND SPEED ISSUE THEN SOLVE BOTH FAST AS TAKING URGENT REMARK.OTHERWISE YOU(WD & WD SUPPORT) GO ON HEAL BECAUSE ITS NOT LARGE AMOUNT TO ME TO TAKE TENSION ALTHOUGH KNOW I HAVE EXPERIENCE ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT APPROACH OF WD AND ITS SUPPORT.

i am waiting for your positive reply with result oriented action on my all three issue.
