 महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश

1. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करें तथा विसंगतियां, यदि कोई हों, तुरन्त संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के ध्यान में लाएं |

2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ अपने संपूर्ण पत्र व्यवहार में अपना नाम, अनुक्रमांक, रजिस्ट्रेशन आई डी तथा परीक्षा के नाम और वर्ष का उल्लेख करें ।

3. परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश करने के लिए इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र को प्रत्येेक सत्र में साथ लाएं ।

4. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेवारी आपकी है और यदि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र का इस्तेमाल करता है तब यह प्रमाणित करने का दायित्व आपका है कि आपने किसी प्रतिरूपधारक की सेवा नहीं ली है |

5. परीक्षा आरंभ होने के निर्धारित समय से 20 मिनट पूर्व परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश करें ।

6. “उम्मीदवार नोट करें कि ओ एम आर उत्तर पत्रक में, विशेषकर अनुक्रमांक और परीक्षण पुस्ति‍का की सीरीज़ कोड के संबंध में विवरण कूटबद्ध करते समय हुई किसी प्रकार की चूक/भूल/विसंगति के मामले में उत्त्तर पत्रक अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा” ।

7. यदि आप परीक्षा आरंभ होने के निर्धारित समय के 10 मिनट बाद आते हैं तब आपको परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी ।

8. यदि आप अपने ई-प्रवेश पत्र में आयोग द्वारा निर्दिष्ट केन्द्र से अन्यथा किसी अन्य केन्द्र /उप-केन्द्र पर परीक्षा देते हैं तब आपके उत्तर-पत्रक ( स्क्रिप्ट ) की जांच नहीं की जाएगी और आपकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी ।

9. रोजगार समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशित “परीक्षा की नियमावली” के अंतर्गत “परीक्षा में प्रवेश दिए गए उम्मीदवारों के लिए विशेष अनुदेश” और परीक्षा भवन के बाहर प्रदर्शित “पोस्टर” जिसमें अनुदेशों का उल्लेख किया गया है, को पढ़ें ।

10. परीक्षा के लिए आपकी उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम है ।

11.जहां परीक्षा आयोजित की जा रही है उस परिसर में मोबाइल फोन, कैलकुलेटर, आई टी गैजेट्स तथा अन्य संचार उपकरण जैसे ब्लूटूथ आदि के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति नहीं है । इन अनुदेशों का उल्लंघन किए जाने पर अनुशासनिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी और भविष्य की परीक्षाओं से विवर्जित कर दिया जाएगा ।

12. उम्मीदवार द्वारा वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न पत्र में गलत उत्तर अंकित किए जाने पर पेनल्टी (ऋणात्मक अंकन) होगी ।

13. काले बॉल प्वाइंट पैन के अलावा किसी अन्य पैन से अंकित किए गए उत्तरोंं का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा |

14. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे कीमती/मूल्यवान सामान एवं बैग परीक्षा भवन में न लाएं क्योंकि उनकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित्त नहीं की जा सकती । इस संबंध में हुए नुकसान के लिए आयोग जिम्मेवार नहीं होगा ।

15. ऐसे उम्मीदवार, जिनके ई-प्रवेश पत्र/स्कैन किए जाने वाले उत्तर-पत्रक में फोटो और हस्ताक्षर स्पष्ट नहीं हैं, वे परीक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए लिखित वचनबंध के साथ- साथ पासपोर्ट आकार के दो फ़ोटोग्राफ़, प्रत्येक सत्र के लिए एक और फोटो की पहचान का प्रमाण पत्र जैसे आधार कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, मतदाता पहचान-पत्र , अपने साथ लाएं |

Important Instructions

1. Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of UPSC immediately.

2. Mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with UPSC.

3. Bring this e-Admit Card in each session to secure admission to Examination Hall.

4. You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card, the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the service of any impersonator.

5. Enter the Examination Hall 20 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination.

6. "Candidates should note that any omission / mistake / discrepancy in encoding filling in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, will render the answer sheet liable for rejection".

7. You will not be admitted to the examination if you report 10 minutes after the scheduled commencement of the examination.

8. If you appear at a centre / sub-centre other than the one indicated by the Commission in your e-Admit Card, your answer scripts will not be evaluated and your candidature is liable to be cancelled.

9. Read the "Special Instructions for candidates admitted to the examination" given in "Rules for the Examination" Published in the Employment News and "Poster containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Hall".

10. Your candidature to the examination is provisional.

11. Mobile Phones, Calculators, IT Gadgets and any other Communication device such as Bluetooth etc. are not allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. Any Infringements of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.

12. There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the objective type Question Papers.

13. Answers other than those made by Black Ball Point Pen would not be evaluated.

14. Candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/costly items and bags to the Examination Halls, as safe keeping of the same can not be assured. The Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

15. Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card/signatures on the Scannable Attendance Lists will have to bring a photo identity proof viz. Adhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport,Voter I Card etc. and two passport size photographs one for each session for appearing in the examination with an undertaking.

New Delhi release the e-Admit Card for appearing in Civil Services PT Exam 2014.Aforesaid exam will be held on fix date 24th August 2014 Sunday.Candidates may download e-Admit Card from official website  www. upsc.gov.in from 24th Aug 2014. E-Admit may download through putting ID or name wise.E-Admit Card in form of pdf format.Examination will be held in two session. Details of exam schedule mention below:
Exam Date-24th Aug 2014– Paper I- GS-I—9.30 11.30 AM, Paper–II-GS II–2.30 to 4.30 PM
Candidates report to venue 20 minutes before starting the exam. Candidates bring with ID proof and a photograph. Candidates answer the questions from Black Ball Point Pen.Before downloading e- Admit card,candidates may print the instruction and read properly before appearing in the said exam.
Today some UPSC students of Delhi has taken demonstration for removing the paper II CSAT. But Govt has not accepted the demand. It is not just true demand. Because CSAT Paper contains the questions on decision making and problem solving,General Mental Ability,basic numeracy and data interpretation. In every higher or lower grade exam aforsaid questions asked in different exam according to grade so there is difficult to accept the demand. If aforesaid demand has accepted by Govt or UPSC. Some SSC,Banking etc students may start same demand.So Government take right decision.Labour hard with full determination language is not matter.
Being highly qualified,We appeal to all students that never goes on wrong path because you are going to appear in Administrative Officers of India. All beget respect to you and watching your agitation. Hindi Version candidates may demand for using easy Hindi words in GS Papers.

To download the UPSC Civil Service Exam 2014 admit card or UPSC CSE 2014 admit card,

1. Visit the official UPSC website

2. Look for UPSC Civil Service Exam admit card.

3. You can also visit it directly from the link given at the bottom of the article.

4. After clicking on it, read the instructions carefully. The instructions is given in Hindi, which you can translate it in English.

5. Once read, take a print out of the instructions. Please note the instructions will not be printed in the UPSC CSE admit card and hence you have to take out a print out separately.

6. Once done, proceed and click on the button that reads : YES

7. Select any of the 3 options: By Registration Id, By Roll Number, or By name

8. Enter your Roll number/Registration number/Name and Date of Birth.

UPSC Civil Service Exam ( Pre ) Admit Card 2014

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducted Civil Service Examination ( Preliminary ) on 24 Aug, 2014. The applicants who applied for this Preliminary Examination 2014 can download their admit card from the official website whose link is given below. Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2014 was held on 24 Aug, 2014 [ Sunday ] in various centres allotted by the commission. Applicants will be download Civil Service Exam Admit Card 2014 from the official website to know the venue and date & time of the examination. Candidates can go through the official website www.upsconline.nic.in regularly to check the upcoming updates related to the Civil Service (Pre) Exam Admit Cards 2014. The application form [ Part-I & Part-II ] was filled in the month of May-June, 2014. Candidates can prepared for the Civil Service Exam 2014 according to syllabus given on the official website link mention below. The candidates who will qualified the Preliminary Exam 2014 only be eligible for Mains Civil Service Exam 2014. Number of people can participated inE Civil Service Exam 2014 and competition is too hard for the candidates. Candidates are advised to go through the syllabus published in the section of Preliminary Examination as periodic revision of syllabus has been done on several subjects.

There will be a negative marking ( penalty ) fro wrong answer marked by the candidates in the objective type question paper. The question paper will be of 200 marks and time given to the candidates is 2 hours to solved paper completely. There are four alternatives for the answer to every question. For each wrong answer given by the candidates, one third of the marks (0.33) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty. If candidates given more than one answer on single question, then it will be treated as wrong answer unless if one of the answer given is correct. If candidates can left blank or No answer given by the candidates, there will be no penalty for that question.

Candidates can Download Preliminary Exam Admit Card 2014 and keep it safe with yourself. Applicants are advised not to bring any costly/valuable items to the examination hall as safe keeping of the same can not be assured. Commission are not responsible for any loss in this regard. Mobile Phones, Cell Phones, Calculator and other electronic device are not allowed in the examination halls.
Candidates should not misbehave in any manner or create disorderly scene in the examination hall or harass the staff employed by the commission for the conduct of the examination. Any such misconduct will be severely penalised.
